Before you write
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within two or three working days. If it is a question that turns into a full guide, it may take longer — but you will hear back either way.
Can you tell me what is wrong with my plant?
Often, yes. Send a photo of the whole plant plus a close-up of the damage, and tell us how much light it gets and how often you water it. Those three things answer most cases.
Do you accept guest posts?
No. Everything on the site is written by Claire or Wyatt so that we can stand behind it.
Do you work with brands?
Occasionally, and only with products we would use ourselves. Any paid or gifted arrangement is disclosed clearly at the top of the post. See our editorial policy.
